How to reach a person here

There is one route in, and it reaches a person: submit the address of the board in question with an email and say what is wrong. It is the same form that adds a board, used deliberately for the boards already here.

How is a wrong listing corrected?

Submit the same address again with your email and say what is wrong — the name, the description, the entry price, the payment rail, the category, or a figure. The submission is stored against the existing listing rather than creating a second one, and the correction is made by hand.

How is a listing removed?

The same way, saying you would rather it were not listed. If the board is yours it will be removed; nothing here needs a reason beyond that. Listed sites did not ask to be indexed, and this directory does not take the position that being written about is a favour.

What if a figure is wrong?

Figures are read off each board's own page and reproduced verbatim, so a wrong one is usually either a misread or the board's own counter. Say which and it will be re-read or corrected. The census page sets out how each number is derived, which is the fastest way to see what a given figure is claiming.

What about the published data?

The export is CC BY 4.0 — free to use, including commercially, with a link back. No permission is needed and there is nothing to ask for. The field reference answers most questions about it, and a question it does not answer is worth sending.

How is personal data removed?

Ask through the same route. What can be deleted is set out on the privacy page: a submission, an email address given with one, or a listing.

Is there another way to reach this site?

Not currently. There is no support inbox and no account system; the submission route is the whole of it, and it is read.
